Here at Onic Technologies, we provide a standardized Refund Policy. We follow a proper procedure where after in-depth assessment and mutual agreement a refund amount will be transferred without any delay. Our dedicated staff will be available during working hours for a prompt response to all your queries regarding refunds. After receiving refund queries the company will sort out the problem along with the amount refund within 5-7 working days.
When to apply Refund?
You can only apply for a refund if you meet the following conditions.
- The project has not yet started.
- The project’s issues cannot be addressed by rectification, resolution, or fixing.
- Payment terms and conditions have not been violated.
- All the related proof and evidence are being provided.
- The claim is not a result of any billing dispute that comes from your bank or payment vendor.
*Important Note: Your claim will be considered invalid if any of the points mentioned above are found to be violated. The decision on refunds is final and cannot be reversed.
A refund will not work
Refund will not be applicable in the following conditions:
- The company will not be bound to pay back if you have discussed and approved designs via email and work has already been done.
- We will not be responsible for a refund of any initial charges if the client changes his/her mind after signing the agreement.
- Please note that the Digital Marketing Services charges are all non-refundable as it is required to pay on-hand while running social media and Google ads.
- In case of any delays and no feedback from the client the agreement will be cancelled within 40 days without any refund.
